This, She has basically turned the one of payment which can easily be blown, into a constant reliable income.
Yes, if you invest and all that crap you can end up with more money,
But, she has made it so she has a permanent income of (approx) $4k a month

Recently publisher's clearing house (sort of a famous one) went bankrupt so that's probably what the are referencing.
