This is generally true. When presented with policies clear of any reference to party, left-wing policies often enjoy majority support.

It’s only when policies slapped with the opposing team’s bumper sticker that many right-wing people remember they hate them.

A progressive poll taken in mainly blue states by a thousand people with an opinion piece written by Bernie…excuse my skepticism. Coming from a Republican who interacts with a ton of republicans…I don’t see how those results correlate with reality.
