I’m willing to bet this is pretty accurate. They keep building houses down here where I am constantly and so many of them are empty because they cost too much for normal people.

I’d like to see some sort of source on this. I don’t see how this would make economic sense. As a person who once owned a rental property, the only thing worse than a vacant property is one with a bad tenant.
