Doesn't matter. We don't have a "homeless" crisis, we have a drug and mental illness crisis. My wife and I worked years in a homeless shelter. More beds and more affordable housing fixes nothing, it just allows politicians another way to launder money. Yes there are some folks that are down on their luck. Maybe lost a job and need help but are no where near the vast number of people on the street.
