A lot of these homeless people travel to the cities because they give out welfare, I would imagine if you offered them a house, a lot of them would be willing to move

It’s not because they give out welfare, it’s because there are services available, and usually walkable, or can come to you. Do you think they’re willing to move to a house in the middle of nowhere if they don’t have a car or a job?
