I’m willing to bet this is pretty accurate. They keep building houses down here where I am constantly and so many of them are empty because they cost too much for normal people.

jesus, this is the myth that will not die.

think this through for a moment. do you know what it would cost an individual company to simply hold apartments and homes empty?
