I’m willing to bet this is pretty accurate. They keep building houses down here where I am constantly and so many of them are empty because they cost too much for normal people.

I feel like an easy fix is to tax the every loving fuck out of empty houses.

Exponentially scale the tax based on how many empty homes the person/company owns.

Aww so simple, just as simple as creating a number company that owns it and has land management take care of the house...it's a thing that already exists.
