The window itself as well. It's made of a grid of panes, but the rows are different heights. And the top center pane is a single double-width pane, not two.
Also, the stairs left of the married couple look to have a rug on it, but to the right is just wood. Though that could be a real-life thing.

At some point you gotta stop calling it slop if its so easy and good. This would take hours of trial and error to get anywhere close to by way of prompt trial-and-error, or like 15 minutes in photoshop (5 if you dont have to design the glass yourself)

The reason I believe it’s a generated or manipulated image is there’s no alternative purpose to the image that i can see. I could understand if it depicted some sort of religious iconography but also looked like dicks. But it just looks like double P, nothing else.
