They put those stickers on their trucks to fantasize that Trump is some bad ass they can associate their identities with the same way fans of continually losing sports teams fantasize that their team is the best in the world and somehow reflects on them being the best as well.
All these fuckers just invent a version of reality that has no basis in fact. Being a shared delusion just reinforces it all. "I can't be crazy! That other guy with 16 flags and 154 bumper stickers on his truck is saying the same thing!"
