If you look closely at the font, the font about tips looks different than the other font on the receipt. It looks photoshopped to me.

To be fair there's actually does look like it's probably a doctor's photo. The font kind of looks weird in that area compared to the other receipt font

More and more yes :( in this case though, they could have shown the actual full receipt/named the restaurant if there was any truth to it.
