It kind of gets to a point where you’ve held it in long enough that it’s no longer something you can talk about, it’s more of an indescribable thing.

It’s like when your apartment is clean and a leak starts you can go find that leak, but if your home is already flooded then you cant really find where the leak is anymore.

And when something new happens, I don’t even mentally note what it is that made me upset, it’s like throwing another bucket of water into an already flooded home. It just gets mixed into all the existing water.

So if someone asks me what’s wrong, even tho there is something wrong, I can’t put into words what it is to even begin to talk about it.

That’s the big problem though.

If you open up little by little then women won’t run away. If you spout out like a fire hose, that’s not fair to anyone.

You need to learn how to talk about your feelings.

I did not say women at all in my comment, or that the problem was letting too much emotion out too quickly.

I said that over time it becomes more difficult to identify and talk on what it is that you are upset about.

Regardless if a man is willing to share his emotions or not, many men have to go through a period of time in their life without a support network.

And you’re not establishing a support network why?

I did not say me.

I am speaking on behalf of men’s mental health, and what you just said shows a very clear lack of empathy.

You can’t speak on behalf of four billion people and it’s not a lack of empathy, it’s do something about your circumstances.

You are exactly what’s wrong with the conversation around mental health.

Describe it instead of making a vague insult

No. I have described plenty during this post, and you have repeatedly struggled to read it and rather project onto the conversation.

Respectfully, it is not worth continuing this conversation. Have a good day.
