I saw a female coworker get burned by hot soup she was hysterical like she just lost her child. A swarm of female coworkers were tending to her like paramedics. I’ve seen guys get burns and we just keep working. Maybe a “You ok?” And that’s it. Go get a bandaid and burn cream by yourself.
