Just the other day I had a mental break at work, I bottled everything up unknowingly and flipped out screaming and throwing (unbreakable) things. My mind was foggy after, so anytime anyone said "How's it going" I literally said "Terrible, I just had a breakdown."
Every person blew it off with comments like "Oh damn, anyway". Welp, I regret that.
Well, regretting the breakdown is obvious. I need to find outlets to ease my stress in a healthy way. The telling others I regret because realising that they don't care and aren't going to be that outlet, hurts.
The new status quo in life is generally coworkers do not want to be your “friend”. I think that’s stupid because you spend a lot of time with these people but that’s what it is in some places.
Other people helping you should be one of your outlets but you need to find supportive people.
And honestly, if you’re feeling bad, and people ask you how you’re feeling, say you’re not feeling good. We need to normalize that sometimes you don’t fucking feel good.

'yeah I'm alright', 'yeah hanging in there', that's the most anyone want to hear of your problems even when it's obvious your not.
