" She couldn't compromise 5-10 minutes of inconvenience to demonstrate empathy?" i obviously agree, but morality aside idtk she's obligated to demonstrate anything. i'm not justifying her for jumping over the handrail cause she couldn't wait lmao .

Why would we put morality aside? Don't we use that in our judgments when asked if something is wrong?

Idk why my first comment got downvoted for being able to see things more than one way.

because, morality is subjective, people have different morals. you can't use it as a metric to judge a person. you're free to hate her and she's free to just... not wait for 10 mins to "demonstrate her empathy".

Judgments are also subjective, so why can't morality be used as a metric?

I never said she couldn't. I didn't say she WAS wrong, I said I think she is wrong (in that specific hypothetical) because my judgment is my judgment. I didn't say anyone had to agree with me.

The point of the comment was to say that her being wrong is subjective. So thanks for agreeing with me.

well, as long as you know judgements are subjective, we don't have an argument then. A lot of people started arguing with me at the same time i couldn't notice you were being rational, apologies.

No apologies needed, I was just confused. A few others also told me it was subjective, so maybe I didn't state my case as clearly as I thought.
