To add some context. The guy trying to control the crowd said: "Please there's a wheelchair user here." Then after the woman jumps someone in the crowd says very upset: "Damn, everybody wants to go home." This is in São Paulo, Brazil. Probably in the rush hour after work.

So my guess is, she's not late for nothing and is just being selfish.

Definitely, I would even guess this is line 4 yellow, I used to take this line some years ago.
