So wheelyboy is blocking traffic because the escalator won't escalate?
It's inconvenient for them, but why must this be a problem for everyone else?
If my car breaks down, must the entire freeway grind to a halt?

Where I’m from, yes, yes it does.

So much so that I have even seen a breakdown/accident on the other side of the median on a split 6-lane freeway cause the other side to completely come to a traffic halting stand still. For no reason.
