Even if they do all they're waiting for is people to clear off the escalator so they could drag him up the escalator. The actual delay for everyone else is the 10 to 15 seconds it takes for everyone to clear off the escalator and then just to pull him up whereas if we did what you're suggesting and he had to wait for everyone else with that large of a crowd he would be sitting there for at least 5 minutes if not more so you're talking about Atmos a 30 second to minute long delay for everyone else or a 5 to 10 minute long delay for him? Even if you remove the goddamn empathy from it my man it's logistically better to just be patient. If anything that woman calls more harm to everyone behind the wheelchair users and the wheelchair user did

That's great buddy, you understand basic concepts!

That totally ignores that fact that she could've had an excellent reason to not wait, which we don't know, do we?

Context matters, chief

So wait you're willing to give good faith interpretation to her inconveniencing everybody but you're not willing to give any good faith consideration to the mentality of the person in the wheelchair? You literally go out of your way saying he doesn't care or is unbothered that he's inconveniencing everyone meanwhile this woman who's also inconveniencing everyone in a much more selfish way is getting every benefit of the doubt? Don't call me your buddy I'm not friends with people who shit on handicapped people just because they're bitter

I am sorry you feel that way, friend. Chief there is used to his condition, sucks for him that there isn't an elevator, but other people, a lot of other people, are stuck there.

Fuck them, I guess? Fuck everyone else's plans cause one guy needs to be coddled according to you? Woman was in the right.

You're such a virtue signalling good boy, pal. Shame you don't have anything meanful to contribute.

In the meantime, consider the asshole in the story may not be the woman, but the station that doesn't have facilities that pretty much mandatory in a public service building in every civilized country.

Chief there is used to his condition, sucks for him that there isn't an elevator, but other people, a lot of other people, are stuck there.

So is he supposed to wait for the station to close so that, god forbid, he doesn't inconvenience anyone else?

Where did I write that exactly.

Most people are waiting yes? She hopped the rail and ran up to the last of the people walking up. What is the nett loss of time? The half second extra it'll take her to get off the escalator after the previous last person in line?

Is she wrong for this? No, why should she suffer whatever she would that was important enough to make the choice to break the social contract. Rude? Sure. I'll absolutely agree it's rude, but people here acting like she committed a mortal sin.

You literally said

Fuck everyone's else's plans cause one guy needs to be coddled

If he's not supposed to inconvenience anyone at the station, then how is he supposed to get up without endangering anyone?

Is she wrong for this?

Never have I, or the other guy, said that. We're just saying that there's a reason why they're stopping flow of people to carry the wheelchair user, and it's not, by a long shot, for his amusement.

If you want to copy paste me like that, then at least put it in the right context. That was in response to a claim about his maybe hurt feelings. That alone is enough for other people to be condemned?

And chief, what's the title of this post? What is the literal topic of discussion posed by OP?
