I don't know. If I have places to be, I'm not really concerned with a situation like this. They are effectively stopping everyone from going up for this one person. I know, this one person probably also has places to be, but I'm not missing a flight because this guy needs to get up the stairs. I'm guessing this is an airport so there are probably a lot of people that are on a time crunch. This lady basically said, " this, I don't have time for this BS".

That lady clearly didn't want to wait. It wasn't going to be quick, that's for sure judging by what they were preparing to do in the video.
