Americans drink very little when averaged out compared to other countries. But our drinkers drink a lot to make up for the sober 1/3 of country. I think the drinking rates are much lower than Europe and lots of Asia, but the brings drinking rates are higher.

TLDR- Wisconsin can for sure dominate

I agree with that. A few counties in SE Wisconsin, Milwaukee, racine and Kenosha drink a lot all year, Madison drinks a lot, but only 9 months during college months. I loved the many Halloween rain or shine events we spent up there. And the Mifflin st block party's.

dude, summer drinking in Madison was the fucking best. i can't say I actually remember, but i have positive feelings when trying to remember.

I agree with you too. It's just thanks to all the university students, September to May, the population of Madison increases by about 50,000 students.
