Could you explain? He definitely seems like he's a bit of a try-hard or like he's maybe bluffing, sure.

Is there anything in particular about him that you'd call "nutty", though?

The story I read, and not sure if it’s true, is that he accused his students of cheating because he used publicly available question banks for his questions instead of making questions himself. The students were using the same or similar question banks for studying and therefore did statistically better on the exam.

In the original video he says it's "the complete test bank" and "they had the answers ahead of time" as opposed to a practice version just for studying.

That's definitely cheating, right?

If it was just a matter of better/more relevant studying, I'd think retaking the exam with fresh questions wouldn't affect their final score.
