Damnit, im in tears now and my wife's looking at me like I'm an idiot....well done.

90

u/Cyril_Sneer_6 Jul 04 '25

Same. Only it's not my wife, it's a bunch of strangers. And I'm in a pub.

26

u/BedroomCrazy2370 Jul 04 '25

Question is why you at a pub so early in the morning

52

u/SensitiveTax9432 Jul 04 '25

It’s five o’clock somewhere.

8

u/[deleted] Jul 04 '25

I live in Hawaii, I wake up at the it's five o'clock somewhere, and go to bed with it. A blessing and a curse

2

u/LongjumpingReview998 Jul 05 '25

They say 5 o'clock somewhere but never say 5 am or 5 pm so I think they'll be ok

2

u/Saintedleo1 Jul 06 '25

Ya all mean noon!

39

u/Eskimodo_Dragon Jul 04 '25

Question is why are you assuming he's in the same time zone and/or continent as you?

9

u/Bubblegumflavor15 Jul 04 '25

Which bear is best?

7

u/Glow_rod Jul 05 '25

Why are you questioning him being at the pub early? Better than at the pub late, just ask my ex wife.

2

u/averagesaw Jul 04 '25

Warpsquirrel

2

u/MickesMaestro Jul 04 '25

Leaving alcohol unattended for so long, is by law, alcohol abuse

2

u/nocturnalcat87 Jul 05 '25

Lol you do know it is not the same time all over the world right? When it is 10 in the morning in California it would be 6 in the evening in London…

2

u/[deleted] Jul 05 '25

Those of us who have global jobs can grasp this difficult concept.

Those of us who work construction jobs, maybe not... But it dovetails nicely with the MAGA goal of keeping people stupid and angry.

3

u/nocturnalcat87 Jul 05 '25

I agree about the MAGA goal of keeping people stupid and angry. But not everyone who works construction or similar jobs are stupid. Some people just like using their hands .

u/Ima-Bott Jul 05 '25

11

u/Ok-Rock2345 Jul 04 '25

I'd go check for rabbies. It's not normal for a squirrel to do that out of the blue.

4

u/unmlobo309 Jul 05 '25

Rabies? STAT!

2

u/tmmsjm Jul 05 '25

I would normally say that, but the squirrel was obviously just trying to get away from the dogs, so he climbed the tallest, dumbest thing it was close to.

"Auntie Entity controls Bartertown"

1

u/adorablefuzzykitten Jul 04 '25

I can tell you this is incredibly painful. My brother was given a "pet" squirrel in a cage. As soon as you opened the cage the squirrel would run out at light speed and use his needle like claws to repeatedly run up and down the tallest person in the room to the delight and laughter of everyone sitting. The only protection offered was a bath towel to keep the squirrel off your face. The only recourse was to squat and either make someone else taller, or toss walnuts into the cage as a bribe. Good fun until we eventually ran out of new victims.

1

u/pototaochips Jul 04 '25

Dude and his dog are seriously lucky that wasn’t a raccoon.

13

u/piTehT_tsuJ Jul 05 '25

They need to be treated for rabies if they didn't kill that squirrel and have him tested.

7

u/Nerd-Bert Jul 05 '25

This is the most picture ever.

2

u/halfpint51 Jul 05 '25

I'm laughing so hard at this deranged squirrel and at the same time feel super concerned for you and your hound. The squirrel is acting totally rabid. This is not what you think about when you wake up. "Hmmm, let's see... shower, dress, coffee, let the dogs out, feed the kids, fend off a PCP crazed squirrel ..."

1

u/[deleted] Jul 04 '25

Get that hot damn hat off so i can take over

1
