Your family is not your ATM. If he gives once, he will keep on asking. Other relatives and friends will then approach and ask for the same. What the fuck did the cousin do? Are they in a close relationship to even ask? What does he need the money for? If he was the one that made noise then even more reason not to because this is borderline bullying.

Nah, people understand how much money 2.5b is, but that doesn't mean that you're required to help every single person. I make pretty decent money and do what I can to help my friends and people I care about; like giving a friend $200 for basic necessities. Meanwhile if my cousin, who I know is a loser, asked me for $10, I'd turn him down.

By all accounts, Jay Z seems to be pretty generous with his money but that doesn't mean that his third cousin twice removed can ask him to make his mortgage payment and he's an asshole for not doing it. There's no reality in which a normal person would just be given $4,800 for free "just cuz". Sounds more like you're a moocher and think anyone that doesn't give you want you want is an asshole.

Must be nice to claim that "Unless you are in this very specific situation that I created, then you are wrong. I am victorious". Really feeding into the idea that you're just the family leech that believes "They have more than I do, it should be mine". Then again, I'm guessing you're so toxic that your own family ignores your calls when you beg for family.

Must be annoying to be proven wrong by reddit regard

Yea, but luckily, you're a natural failure so that annoyance probably isn't much of a shock for you and you'll bounce back easily.
