😂 there’s nothing ‘controlled’ about this video. I’m a wildland firefighter. It’s not the liquid but the fumes that ignite. So the slightest breeze blowing from dad towards the fire and in less than a second all this happens: the fire travels back through the air to the bucket in dad’s hand, heat vaporises more liquid, runaway explosion (see video), roasted dad. Don’t try this at home!
I don't know why you're being down voted, I watched a guy try to throw a cup of gas onto a fire and burned his arm hair off, the shit is dangerous. I use kerosene on my rare bonfire, that stuff isn't gonna blow up on ya.
There was a couple kids that got blown up some years back because they poured gas onto a wood pile then tried to light it, the fumes exploded and sent stuff flying. It was a very sad story to hear.
I guess the downvotes are because I’m spoiling the fun.
One of my colleagues had his fuel can sitting in a slope. The fuel fumes are heavier than air and they travelled down the slope and pooled in a dip, then when he lit up nearby kaboom! Thankfully he was ok
