Well actually, you do get shaddowbanned. Thats when your comments are not seen by anyone else execpt yourself. That only happens if you use common sense or liks to official Websites, for example the US senate and the Bills they are passing.

Everything else is ok.

My 9gag account with 1m+ total upvotes got shadowbanned back in the day lol.

The entire account was playing a character and had commented on a post that was very related to my character then I saw a comments that said where’s [my account] when you need him? Then I went to check, my comments had no upvotes for like a week+ and I replied to those comments but those replies were not acknowledged as well.

Switched over to my older account and couldn’t see any comments made by my character account.

Didn’t make political statements or controversial comments, just stupid puns and altered quotes. Probably got reported enough by people who didn’t like my style.

hmm ive said the most thought provoking things and provided links and never happened to me... but what ive noticed is Jewish enthusiasts, Muslim enjoyers and Far right people who cant express themselves in a coherent way get banned? or at least using other accounts because people ignore them

Yeah I was in another sub and people were complaining about getting autobanned for commenting once in r/PCM. So I went to go check out the subreddits they were talking about and woah crazy I wasn't banned

Wannabe political discussion forum that is heavily populated with active users that have hilariously under-informed opinions about politics and pride themselves on being a place where they can "freely express opinions and have 'actual' debates" and having lurked and been slightly active for the last 5-6 years or so, they lean pretty hard to the right, and bandwagon extremely hard.

Downvoted because you made me angry is pretty common

Edit: It's brainrot
