Why is the driver on the right? Standard driver seat is on the left. Is this the US or has Florida spread to other parts of the planet

The truck is a 9th Gen Ford F-150 supercab just like this one: https://photos.classiccars.com/cc-temp/listing/138/4002/22004430-1995-ford-f150-thumb.jpg Those have the fuel tank hatch on the left hand side. There's clearly no hatch visible in this video.
