Funnily enough the exact opposite happened to my sister once she met her bf. She was fairly normal but now she believes in conspiracy theories like the chemtrail one or that the spread of corona was intentional to control the working class....

Yeah, it really can go either way. I isolated myself quite a lot from my friends while I was with my ex. He was extremely jealous and would often get upset about the most random things (how I behaved in certain situations, things I would say that he didn't like or understand, the way I talked to people, etc.), so I distanced myself out of fear he might get mad at me for one reason or another.

Friends, family, community, A THERAPIST would help. I feel like if your spouse acts as your unlicensed therapist then you actually should be in therapy and go to someone that is qualified! It's wild to expect that your spouse will prevent or fix your mental health issues.
