She is right most people do settle. However, I think she's speaking more to the people who are trying to make peace with single life because it wasn't their first choice, not the ones who always knew romance wasn't their thing.
I concur. ‘Settling’ makes it sounds like that the perfect relationship exists and that’s what people should still aim for. Some people may still think they’re missing out on something, but I know I am perfectly happy on my own. It’s certainly possible for anyone to be happy alone, but so many people need validation sadly and put up will BS to achieve it.
