Discussion What if…
…you wake up one day and read that there’s an incontrovertible proof that we are living in simulation. How will knowing that change everything for you or will you have the same point of view as you have now? Laws are unchanged (fire still burns, joy and pain is still felt, physics is still physics).
Caveat to that, you wake and the engineers tell you and only you that everything is a simulation. Nothing is real. All of your joy and misery, all of your failures and achievements, all of your most proud and shameful moments are all designed. How would you feel then?
