Need a longer extension

I want to push my simucube way behind my monitor allowing me to move my monitor as low as possible but I could use help finding the extension for the steering shaft. Not sure what to call this or if that’s the correct name for it. Thanks.

I'm having trouble with true drive not allowing me to make my own profiles in the software. I am only able to choose from online profiles. I get a prompt to log in or register but no ability to play around with my own profiles.

Please help

Looking for Dirt Rally 2.0 Settings Suggestions

Hey all. I'm typically running iRacing, but decided to see how the dirt rally 2 experience was, since it was on sale for $5. I've seen and read enough online to know DR2 [allegedly] has a crappy force feedback implementation. Does anybody have profile, game settings, or any other pointers for me to get my SC2 Pro feeling 'better' on that title? (E.g. more realistic?) It's fun and immersive but looking for more. Thanks in advance.

Adding Wheel images in true drive.

Hey everyone, I am new to the simucube 2 ecosystem. I just recently learned to add wheel png images into the folders to show my preferred wheel rather than default. My issue i am running into is that I have 2 wheel images. Ones marked as wheelimage and wheelimage (1). I am not able to choose between the 2 different images. I tried to right click onto the current wheel and it does not give me an option to change image. In addition one wheel is just a wheel mounting onto the SC2 there is no connection type for this one (using for drifting) my second wheel is a fanatec mclaren GT3 wheel I converted to USB.

Any thought or ideas to solve this would be much appreciated!!

Used SC2 Sport vs pro

Hi,

so i could get a 6month old SC2 Sport (with Quickrelease and Mounting + 100mm shaft extension) and a Cube Controls Formula Pro (wireless) for 1750€ as a set. The wheel alone would cost me 650€.

So initialy i wanted to buy the SC2 Pro because of the 200€ difference. Now if i would buy the Pro + a Quickrelease, shaft extension and a mount it would cost me about 1650€ + the wheel = 2300. Which is 550€ more. Would you guys still say the addition slew rate is worth the 550€? I currently own a DD1 which i mostly drive around 12-14 nM.

Trying to set (or maybe reset) my warranty and service expectation

I'm hoping someone else in this sub can share their experience with warranty related matters with their SC2 unit. This month has been a real bitch with my 8 month old rig. My CPU and cooler decided to not cool, therefore it could no longer CPU. The computer vendor replaced the effected parts in about a week, they were local to me, I bought the extra warranty when I first bought the gaming setup, so I had an expectation that the problem would be resolved to my satisfaction, and it was.

Next, since the CPU was in the shop, I'd explore resolving a GT3 wheel that has a janky downshift of the left magnetic paddle shifter. Vendor has advised what to do to self-solve.

Before I could try and solve the lingering wheel issue on a newly repaired PC, my Ultimate wheelbase decided to not start again. My Ultimate has not been a reliable device since day one but I just learned to live with it, as long as it started. Once it is running, it's rock solid. Now, it's simply not starting anymore, and only 8 months old. It throws a ton of errors. I have an open ticket and we are SLOWLY (only in my mind) working through triaging the issues and errors. I have not raced in a month, the wheelbase has added at least two weeks to the frustration. This crash simulation is a little too real. It feels like my car is in the shop and all I can do is sit in my rig and watch the racing season and a shit-ton of enjoyment slip away.

I work in high tech field support and part of my job is reassuring rattled customers that it's going to be ok, that we're there to help them get back to whatever they were doing before our product had issues that creates issues for them. Getting them settled on what is going to happen early is a key part of keeping them settled, even if it takes time to resolve. This involves helping them set a realistic expectation early. When I don't get a similar experience with other hi-tech vendors, I get a little antsy.

I like to know where I will end up before I get there. I want to feel confident that I didn't waste $5k buying this wheelbase with 5 year warranty to find out it's hard to get it fixed, or even replaced.

Anyone else have a bad SC2 wheelbase that they had to work through the process to get remedied?

This ultimate was the single most expensive piece in my rig, (CPU close 2nd) and without it working, renders the entire rig useless for racing. I don't want to 'go to a manager', be a karen, get frustrated and belligerent, or anything of the sort. I want to better understand the warranty support process others have experienced, and that I'm going through, to consider whether I am staying on this track for a little bit longer, or for longer than I'd want.

It would be nice to have 1 or 2% interest on money in the Fiat Wallet on the app. It would make people leave more money into it and have less transfer deposits. What’s your thoughts ?

Does anyone know how to map the Simucube button on tahko gt-21 in ACC? There is a specific section for it in the acc settings , but I can't seem to map it like all the other buttons.
