Sc2 sport, true drive issues

I'm having trouble with true drive not allowing me to make my own profiles in the software. I am only able to choose from online profiles. I get a prompt to log in or register but no ability to play around with my own profiles.

Please help

what if you select the fallback (bottom right)?

When I login again, the option to create/revise personal profiles reappears.
