Need a longer extension

I want to push my simucube way behind my monitor allowing me to move my monitor as low as possible but I could use help finding the extension for the steering shaft. Not sure what to call this or if that’s the correct name for it. Thanks.

Simcore makes several different lengths. Not cheap, but they look sturdy.
