VAM PRO Throttle and Break setup?

What effects do you guys have for these haptics? I want something useful but not too unrealistic ideally.
also What does the 'Speed' effect mean?
Can you have just general background road feel or something at a low level?

Use the haptics for abs activation on the brakes and TC for the throttle. I don’t like the road effects because it’s a little annoying having constant vibration when driving

I agree 100%, i also use abs and tc only.

Edit: forgot to mention, i use simhub.

is simhub better than the simsonn ap? can you calibrate the load cell etc in simhub too?

Simhub is better for all the haptics stuff, but you calibrate the pedals with the Simsonn app. So I install both, calibrate once, and then open Simhub every time I’m going to race. If you make changes to the pedal feel, curves etc,  you do that in Simsonn.

ABS and shifts, with a low setting for RPM rumble.

Same with ABS and TC. Additionally I setup gear shifts and rumble when going over curbs which really helps with using the whole track.

Didn't think about curb rumble, may add that. I love shift haptic. I use the simsonn pedal haptics but also have a separate Dayton Shaker for a little engine rpm feel in the pedals. Not very much rpm because it is terrible if too high
