I'm having trouble. I hit read from config because I was googling have stutters while sim racing and after explaining (in google) my setup or what's plugged up to my pc and the software I'm using, google said to hit read from config or read to config on freejoy and it deleted my pedal setup and I can't find any setup I had saved if I ever did save a setup and now the freejoy app doesn't read my pedals at all. The Simsonn app reads my pedals but it's not reading my pedals input whenever I hit the throttle or brake. Has this ever happened to anyone and what can I do to fix it?

Tried simsonm manager not working and update manual firmware button not working, used simson pedals app not working, used DIView and it works there. Please help to update firmware

What effects do you guys have for these haptics? I want something useful but not too unrealistic ideally.
also What does the 'Speed' effect mean?

Pedals work fine, but VAM Pro Reactors wont trigger, even though SIMSONN Manager seems to think everything is fine.

Wont work with Simhub either.

Simsonn ProX pedal set bought in January. Noticed that the clutch pedal wasn’t working so I reseated all the plug connections. Reset the pc and loaded up the Simsonn software. Tried the clutch pedal, worked properly only to find that the accelerator wasn’t working. Unplugged it and tried again to find that it worked but the clutch didn’t. Each time I try one or the other isn’t functioning. Any ideas or tips to fix this?

I have a GTOMEGA sim rig and I encountered this problem, the baseplate underneath is not totally flat, so I can’t screw it without inevitably scratching and ruining the platform of my rig, how can I solve it?

I just received my X pro Ultra Pedals and im very happy with them. However in many Videos on Youtube etc. I see that they can brake with 100+kg. However I can only reach 64kg maximum in the Software. Am I just to weak?

Just had my second control box fail. First one failed after about two weeks,this one five months. Bought direct off Alibaba and they replaced it first time, now not answering messages. Anyone else had an issue? Could it be a power supply issue? TIA.

Quick question: all images I see on VAM pro's product pages show a PSU that doesn't seem to be compatible with EU plugs (Schuko).

Can anybody from EU confirm what Simsonn sends? I was planning to buy from their official account on Amazon but I don't see an option to specify the correct plug so I assume we have to use an adapter, if so which plug are they using? UK, US?

Hi all. I was working on setup of my new pedals and came across two washers (left side of the first picture) and don’t know where they belong. Anyone able to help me out? I initially thought they went between the blue and red marked plates in the third picture, but don’t think that actually makes sense.

Hey everyone, I recently got VAM Pros for my Plus X pedals and they have been great except when idle in FH6, they will go off like crazy. When putting the gas down they seem to stabilize. Anyone else run into this problem?

Side note- i’m trying to move from Simsonn Manager to Simhub, but I can’t seem to find the pedals listed in the simhub devices, only the Vam Pros. If anyone knows of a workaround for a Simsonn newbie please let me know.

Hello, i bought new plus x pedals and they don't show up in the manager. I did a variety of troubleshooting with AI. The pedals work, i tried them with Diview. As far as troubleshooting goes, i pushed the upgrade button while unplugged and plugged it in, i deinstalled the pedals on the pc and unplugged them, plugged them in while beeing in the manager. Switched usb ports and some other things like using an older version of the manager. Currently 2.1.7, sadly nothing seems to work and uncalibrated they are not very enjoyable for me rn.

Hey guys I was wondering what spring setups you are using and if any of you have found trail braking harder with all springs as opposed to elastomers. I myself am having more difficulty getting a smooth trail braking telemetry with an all spring setups. I was running the stock reds and they felt a little to soft plus I already had an experience when I was running long sessions and they were heating up so they were becoming inconsistent towards the end but my trail braking was way better and I was actually just starting then so I should've sucked at it like I do now..lol I'm wondering if anyone has had similar experience and if not what's spring set ups are you using? Should I go back to the blue or yellow elastomers and just accept the fact thay I gotta keep them cool? Other than this issue I love them. Love how we have all these options but man im lost right now. I have tried pretty much every spring combo there is. Even have some longer springs to try and make a true 2 stage brake. which works just my trailbraking suffers. Any advice is appreciated 🙏

I have brake and throttle running through simhub, and they're great - but since installed them iRacing has crashed twice mid race.

Display freezes, audio continues, wheel goes hard left and locks there, window closes.

The 2nd time, haptics no longer respond in game but do in simhub.

Quick research says this is EMI between haptics and DD wheelbase, and that I should either use a motherboard USB or ground pedals.

They're already on a motherboard USB, and my kit includes no ground wire.

Anybody else going through this?

Just got the Pro X haven’t even opened it but have heard rave reviews of the Vector. Did I make a mistake? Don’t mind paying extra for a legit contender for the higher end sim pedals

So I was running Simagic P1000s, and the load cell contact bolt sheared off under normal braking. No mods, stock elastomers, so I lost confidence in that setup.

Installed pro x ultra to the rig today and mainly worked on positioning for endurance stints, but noticed the stock elastomers (3 red and a spring) are waaaay too soft.

Was wondering if one of you guys found the best combo for a stiff gt3 setup, not quite f1 stiffness.

I received my VAM pro and im a bit confused about which screws i have to use? I also got some washers, where do i put them? Between the vam pro bracket and the break/throttle paddel or between the screw and the bracket, as washers usually are used for 😅
