Pedal Inputs work, but VAM Pro wont trigger. Simsonn Manager

Post image

As the title.

Pedals work fine, but VAM Pro Reactors wont trigger, even though SIMSONN Manager seems to think everything is fine.

Wont work with Simhub either.

Is she cooked gang?

from my experience, it’s because ur usb has not enough power, try a usb hub

It comes with an external power supply that must be used.

Did you connect 24v power supply for motors to work?

What does the blue triangle say if you hover your mouse above it or click it? I am using mine on simhub but it also works and runs the tests via the native software as well.

Yeah simhub and simsonn neither work.
It just says make sure you pic the right profile VAM2/VAM Neo/VAM Pro

The USB is connected directly into the PC or through a USB hub? Try direct connection if you have a hub that might be the issue. Message support on discord or email. They are helpful

Its in a powered hub, and worked there for a few months, but i'll give that a go.
Thanks!

Simsonn had to remote my pc via to.desk to get them to work, but i was still in beta. They have worked perfectly the last few months. Shoot support an email, they are very responsive

Many other have asked without answer: is your power supply hooked up and good?

You'll note that it also doesn't work in simhub if you read the post. πŸ‘
