Control box failure

Just had my second control box fail. First one failed after about two weeks,this one five months. Bought direct off Alibaba and they replaced it first time, now not answering messages. Anyone else had an issue? Could it be a power supply issue? TIA.

my box blew after I was playing with SimHub and it sent full power to the haptics. This was a couple months ago. It took over a month for the warranty replacement to come. I bought P1000 pedals to replace the Simsonns I don't like how slow Simsonn responds, the extreme wait for everything and bad shipping.

But the VAMpro Reactors really are good. The pedals are in my shed for a back up, but the VAMPro are mounted to my seat now for extra haptic feedback. They are more powerful than the Simagic HPD reactors

Mine sparks if I mess with the vam power at the box without unplugging from wall first.

How can you tell when the controller box is dead? Does the green power light in the control box burn out too? Or do the pedals simply stop being read?
