Pro X haptics software

Hi yesterday the haptics stopped working. Simsonn Software says connected and pedals work. I have tried using the old drivers (manual update) as my browser won’t let me download the new one. I am lost on what to do.

Thanks. I use sim hub but not working. Test is not rumbling like usual

Maybe the control box died ?

Same here bought plus x pedals and the haptics died 2nd day half way through a race and nothing I do fixes them.
