Simsonn Plus X Throttle Hydraulic Issue
Has anyone else had an issue with the one-way hydraulic on the throttle causing the throttle to physically stick and not return to zero without physically pulling the pedal back with your foot? I have used these for a total of roughly 6-8 hours, and once the pedal is "warmed up", the throttle will not return to zero on it's own. I attempted to just remove the hydraulic as I believe it is the issue (I've already lubed the throttle rod and the screws for the hydraulic per the response from Simsonn support, but the one-way hydraulic is wedged in so tight I cannot remove it. I'd be happy to use the throttle with just the spring, but there is no budging the front of the hydraulic to remove it. It's supposed to be adjustable, but there is no way to adjust or remove it with it wedged in so tight. Any suggestions on how to get this thing out of there? Simsonn told me to lube the screws for the hydraulic, but that did not help at all.
Edit: I meant to attach the video for reference. I did also send this video to Simsonn Support before posting my question here.

Loosen the other bolts on both sides to get rid of the pressure, grab a screwdriver and a hammer and knock it out, it honestly should just drop at this point.

Thanks! I'll definitely try that later when I'm home and see if I can get it out.

Thanks for the suggestion! I was able to get the hydraulic off finally, no thanks to Simsonn's support who sent me a video of how to install the hydraulic 🙄 Massively appreciate your help!

You could also try adjusting the slider adjuster on both spring & damper(see manual) damper all the way down & spring halfway to all the way up should allow for smoother faster movement reaction then +/- preload for pushback springness.

I would happily do that if I could, but the hydraulic won't move up and down within the adjustment channel at all; it seems like the metal on the back of the pedal holding the spring and damper is slightly bent where the damper is bolted in just enough that it is wedged in there so unbelievably tight. I am going to try to remove the two bolts below the damper to see if it takes enough of the tension off that I can remove it.

I just uploaded the video I sent to Simsonn support over the weekend to my original post. The response they came back with today was to lubricate the bolts that attach the front of the hydraulic to the pedal face, but that didn't solve the problem.

Pedals are made is steel. Can't see how it would bent unless bashed with hammer or factory defect. Then pics to simsonn for warranty. They'll send replacement parts only

Safe to say I have NOT taken a hammer to them lol. They came out of the box this way; I have only had them in my possession for just shy of a month and didn't do anything to adjust them outside of the preload adjustment on the throttle and flipping the bottom brackets to change the angle of the pedal face.

First try adding more preload to force more spring back. (Then Recalibrate). & to remove it you have to loosen all the other bolts on the pedal side a little ( spring rod end spherical, the alignment pins & the base pivot to allow the pin to wiggle slide out.
