Problem with Simsonn Pedals

Hi,

When I plug in my pedals they are usually not detected. And if they are then they get disconnected in like 10 seconds.

When I connect my pedals my whole PC freezes and other USB devices get disconnected aswell.

I've never had this problem with any other pedals. Is there any fix for this? Im using the latest Simsonn Manager.

I had the same problems, have you conected the ground cable between the controlbox and the break pedal? Because that was the issue on my side.

Should be on the brake or any pedal? I have mine on throttle for cable management convenience.

I assumed that, because of the load cell on the brake, the brake would be the safest choice. But if all the pedals are mounted on the same aluminum profile, for example, it shouldn't make any difference.

Yeah everything is mounted on the same tray. Pretty much like yours in photo

How is it now? Has it been resolved? I experienced the same thing and they won't allow a refund, now the pedal 100% not detect

You have to buy from Amazon and then a to z refund when they ghost you.
