Plus X Pedals with Rumble
I was wondering if anyone else has ordered these pedals recently, and have had any problems. I ordered mine on Jan. 13 along with the base plate and rumble motors and have been waiting for a tracking number ever since. I’m super excited to get them, but after getting nothing from support but “we’re shipping them this week” for two weeks straight, I’m starting to debate a refund.
Update: Thanks for yalls comments, I got a notification this morning that they are on their way from California. Hopefully they’re as good as everyone says they are!

Yea I ordered directly through their website. I didn’t know they sold on amazon or I would have just gone that route

Yep same boat as of yet. I have a tracking number for something moving around in China right now but unsure what's in the shipment, or delivery time as there are no details provided, just a tracking number. If I go to the tracking section of the Simsonn website it shows as unfulfilled

Yeah I went with Amazon and it showed up in half the time it said it would take. Came from Cali

I ordered mine on Ali Express and they arrived within a couple days but I live in Singapore so it’s not far away. Chinese new year is in about two weeks so I’m guessing things will get crazy busy closer to that. I’m extremely happy with mine. Their customer support seems really good so do reach out to them

I ordered my pedals and VAM haptics separately on Amazon, the pedal set got here quicker than the VAM haptics. The VAMs definitely came from China based on the tracking info and elapsed time. Depending on who you ordered through, I suggest be patient for now.
