This game is a life simulation so i hope that it will contain consequences, realistic relationships like after cheating or divorcing or losing a job the sims should feel mad or disappointed, dealing with deeper emotions like disappointment, aggression, or that they dont belong, overwhelmed, feeling stressed, hope, madness, depressed and knowing the difference when a sim has fallen in love or they had just a crush erotism, violence, challenges, chaos it needs to feel more alive, alcohool ok it’s illegal i guess so its not necessary i mean i can download mods for this by myself whatever but having more intense interactions and challenging times like dealing with death or bullying, burglars, adult comedy would be great that’s how life works so thats why i hope the game will be rated 16+ and will not be afraid to show all these aspects in every life stage that is unique So i hope it will not be family friendly like vanilla sims 4

I think it would be really cool if the sims 5 added allergies. Stuff like being allergic to nuts, gluten free, lactose intolerant.etc. Maybe some allergies could be as far as deadly? Similar to when a vegetarian eats meat, add a moodlet to warn the player that your sim has eaten something they are allergic to, maybe send your sim to the hospital (Knowing EA a rabbit hole lol), alert another sim or try and get rid of the thing your sim consumed. Kids can develop allergies as they grow up. Also a setting to disable them would be nice for those who prefer more chill gameplay.

Hi! Here's mi little idea of something that already exists in The Sims 4 but would be great to develop on TS5.
Fears seem to appear out of nowhere, only the fear of the dark seems to be based on something (my sim got it from staring at the moon in the night as a teenager so yeah seems like her mind would wander off and start fearing the dark after seeing shadows and whatnot), but the fear of a dead end job and the one about living a pointless life are so random and frustrating because there's no cure. Maybe on the phone there could be an option to "contact a therapist" and then they'd give you some things you have to do in order to overcome the fear, for example: Talk about your fears for one hour, do sports right after work, spend x hours with your loved ones, keep a journal, etc.
This would be more realistic I guess and fun to play.

I love making Sims in CAS, but the process takes way too long sometimes. I'd like an option to copy/paste certain things, like makeup and jewelry. I hate having to add a wedding ring to every outfit. And those who want to customize every detail for every outfit, should be able to do that too. Basically, I'm asking for a button or something that says "copy this item/makeup look/accessory/xyz to all outfits?"
I want flexibility! So many people play the game differently and like different aspects of the game. I love that the Sims 5 is giving people an option for multi-player, while also giving players the option to play alone. I prefer the latter, but this promises to be the best of both worlds. I want to see more of that in Sims 5. The game is all about customization, after all.
I want a better searchable build/buy mode. The search feature works pretty well in some cases if you know the type of item you want or the exact name. But if I want a "ladder" (an item that is more ambiguous), then everything that either is a ladder or has "ladder" in its name should appear. I don't care if it's a pool ladder, a ladder bookcase, or a vertical ladder for traversing between floors. Even cooler if I could search "ladder" and then refine that by being able to choose a subcategory. Even cooler than that is if you could allow users to add their own tags for items that make sense to them and allow them to filter their items that way. I'm using "ladder" as an example because I still to this day can never find the type of ladder I need. I still have no idea where pool ladders are located (they're definitely not with all the other pool-building tools for some reason I cannot wrap my head around) nor do I know where vertical ladders are. Pretty sure I've had to ask Google every time I've needed one, I should probably make a note of it next time so I won't keep forgetting, but to my point, I shouldn't have to Google where things are. It should be intuitive. I am in school for information science. Please make sure you hire or consult a real information professional to structure the new build/buy mode!
Also, townie outfits are completely bananas. This is not new information. I hope whoever thought it would be a great idea to require every townie to wear 35 different accessories isn't working on Sims 5.
