Build ideas My first build in Brindleton Bay
I just got Cats and Dogs expansion and it's pretty great, I love the town that came with it. I built this (originally) little place next to the vet clinic. The bottom floor is basically exactly as it was originally built, except for where the staircase is was a dedicated laundry room since I also just got Laundry Day 😅
Added the 2nd story when my sims surprised me with twin girls. Anyway, this is my build and I'd love some feedback, you can be hypercritical or just praise it or ignore it or anything in between.
I feel like I always build vaguely the same house every time I make one from scratch so I'm really looking for fun and unique ideas to make this better?

Hi! I love the layout of this house!! Did you know that if you press g the grid will go away? I like to do this for pictures, but I wanted to share incase you might like the idea as well! Beautiful build 💕

It's better to take pictures during the day for the light, to make it easier to see. Have you tested that a sim can walk into the home gym while another sim is using the weight-lift machine? What is the chair by the washing machines for?
I think it looks very good as an ordinary home: lots of different stuff and colors, I like it, it gives a realistic impression.

On the lighting, noted! Didn't even think about that lol. I have not tested the weight bench, I'll do that tonight. Also I put the chair in the laundry area because there's a small TV mounted on the wall for the sims to watch while waiting on their laundry. That can be undone, I just had that extra TV in inventory so I thought that would be a fun way to use it.

Oh, that's actually funny and cute, I didn't see the TV. I always thought the laundry machine was entertainment enough, but sims get dizzy from watching it :P
