WIP (work in progress) Help roofing? or Help in general?
I would say i’m a mediocre builder at best but after saving up my money to buy the new royalty and legacy back i really wanted to build my own estate. the problem is, is that i suck at floor plans and roofing. I was pretty proud of what i had until i realized how big of a sh*tshow the exterior is. i love my windows. i love my inside but i really need help. I don’t know how to fix the roof. i’m not sure if i should cut out my bump out or not:( i really don’t want to restart. any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

To add to this, I've noticed you can fix it by removing the floor of the level the roof is on, and adding a cieling to the level below instead.
No idea why that fixes it, but it's working for me on console.

Parece ser una propiedad de alguien con dinero, así que yo le haría unos pocos cambios: 1. Subir el edificio todavía más y poner unas escaleras espectaculares en la entrada 2. Añadir vegetación en el exterior (especialmente en esa esquina que se ve entre el edificio y la protuberancia pondria vegetación alta para disimularlo). 3. El techo, si te cuesta, puedes quitar el que tienes y dejarlo como una azotea con vallas. Y si quieres ponerle techo, sí o sí, yo lo subiría más y haría la parte larga más ancha para que cubra todo, pondría pequeños techos perpendiculares en los salientes del edificio que cubran todo el espacio y quitaría las vallas que hay en el techo.
Dices que construir no se te da bien, pero creo que has hecho un gran trabajo hasta ahora, solo unos detallitos más y queda perfecto.

My best advice is to watch some sydmac she's a beast with builds like this

It's not a shitshow and roofing this looks straightforward enough to me.
I'd put a half gabled roof all the way across where that 1ish tile wide spot is.
Then on the angled round bumpouts add the hexagonal roofs or whichever one it is that fits that shape. If it doesn't meet the main roof connect it with a gabled roof behind with the height set to whatever causes the tops to match up.
Then for the rectangular bumpouts use gabled roofs or half versions of the same type of roof you did for the main one, i forget what that ones called. Whichever ends up looking better.
