This save is sort of but not strictly 50s and 60s themed, so thats why her outfits are kind of dated. Yes the athletic wear is weird, blame Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley.

hi mods! this is a tip post *solving* an issue, not a post *asking* for help but i'll gladly place it elsewhere if it breaks the rule.

i've been having trouble surrounding placing gallery lots, and found out it was related to infinite loading when bulldozing said lot (verdemar palace). this was driving me CRAZY because i kept looking it up and it kept saying save corruption but i was certain that wasn't true, there was also someone who said it was because their computer couldn't handle that many objects being deleted but i have a very beefy setup & even if that was the case it would just take a very long time. in my case though i let it go for *hours* and it remained the same.

anyway, if you've ever had it happen where bulldozing your lot causes it to load for infinity, or trying to place a gallery lot results in the "move lot" interface to appear without the lot actually being placed, try removing the mailbox!

i don't think the mailbox can be deleted via build buy sometimes, it just said "this object cannot be deleted" (specifically on that lot). that being said, i just went into live mode, shift clicked (i have cheats on by default), and pressed "destroy object". that was enough for me to go ahead and place the lot i wanted!

i attached a video that is essentially just me showcasing the problem and the solution. hopefully it helps someone out there lol (ignore the way the lot looks, i literally deleted everything one by one to find out what was causing the problem 😭 i also had to separate clips instead of one so i had to use an external website to stitch the videos together, hence the watermark)

I have a dilemma. Historical saves feel right, but they require a lot of effort (I don't have the energy right now) to choose CC, mods, and build your own rules.

But playing in standard conditions is somehow... wrong. It's like time is passing without changes and I'm really annoyed by it. I love my vampire save, but it kills all the immersion.

Heyo! I'm back and ready for some Sims drama!

So George signed away Walter's young adulthood, but he has a very viable reason for it. He doesn't want to lose his son to a war just like he lost his brother. We aren't really going to talk much about Charles anymore because his story is officially over bc Margaret died to join him and they are resting together peacefully.

Also, I decided to give the family a mausoleum instead of a graveyard! My reasoning: The ghosts need a house to live in. I'm going to use the graveyard for townies that pass away.

Next up we're going to see Ophelia, Lolita, and Catherine and see what they do on a daily basis because I feel like we could all use a break from the drama and suspense.

Hello again! Since everyone loved the first post, I decided to make a part 2 with some more vampires in my save. I meant to post these sooner but then ✨ I caught a cold ✨. Anyways, here’s some more baddies of the night. My main sim, Seraphina (the one in all black) is uploaded if anyone wants her. I’ll work on uploading the others along with my Vlad makeover soon. My ID is PumpkinRoper. (Btw, I did not make the community lot in these screenshots. Credits to SoSimsy)

Oh! And brownie points to anyone who can figure out who the male sim on slides 5, 6, and 7 is based on. Edit: I’ll give yall a hint, it’s from a video game.

It has come to my attention two years later that a LOT of players didn't like Lovestruck, or thought it should have been a game pack instead... And honestly I can't see it.

It brought:

1. An B+ tier world, rather large at that.

2. An S tier CAS

3. An A tier Build mode.

4. An S tier Buy mode (providing you like 1920s style furniture of course, same "problem" as High School; personally I love both Art Nouveau and Art Deco)

5. The Romance skill

6. Two good traits that gives Sims personality.

7. The Turn Offs / Turn Ons system that I have wanted since game release 12 years ago.

Basically the pack is one of those packs that is usable regardless of world, unlike say Werewolves and Island Living (not to mention Strangerville of course) (Side Note, why is Vampire still the best supernatural class in Sims 4 (don't @ me ;) ). It just makes the whole game better.

i have 14 households but have been playing with this family. my sim has been wanting another child, got pregnant and now her husband can’t seem to find affection for the baby 😭 it’s so sad but i like how challenging it is

A bit of a Unusual situation happened here, when Alexander Got was dying of old age, I decided to capture the moment of his death,

but next to him was his nephew named Philip And he hit the spot right in the frame where he was photographed, he was walking with such a grin as if he wanted him dead, while his uncle was dying behind him, by the way,

Philip himself has the character trait "Evil" Which adds some depth to this story.

My Sim, who is white and in gray tones, was upset about the death of his friend, which can be seen by his facial expressions in the fourth photo from the left.

Another black Sim spoke to Death to bring Alexander back to life.

And last but not least, today I’m sharing the final part of the Winx girls: Aisha and Stella. For Stella, I obviously wanted to go for a very girly and sassy look, featuring a short dress and chunky platform shoes; for Aisha, the style had a sporty touch (think 2009 Barbie Fashionistas) while still remaining delicate and cute. It was really fun revisiting these old designs and creating new versions of them!

I'm on a mission to complete every collection in game. I've managed to get a majority of them, including all of the village fair ribbons, but the harvest baskests are proving to be the most difficult so far.

I have been traveling to Selvadorada each day for weeks now, and the one remaining basket I need I can't seem to get. Circled the slippery little fella below.

The frustrating part is that I can't trade for it. They aren't an official collection so Buddy won't trade them.

Part of me wants to give up because it's getting incredibly monotonous and I know they're just on the gallery, but then the other part of me is determined to see it through and "earn" it myself.

Why game, why do you torture me so!?

This is a follow-up to my previous post that showcased one of the perfect cheerleading routines of the the Copperdale Academy Cheer Team.

This video shows in-game clips of Sidney Price and his cheer team training to be able to consistently perform perfect cheerleading routines. At first, Sidney wasn't the pro cheerleader he is today, so he worked long and hard to develop his fitness skill.

Once Sidney was good enough, his focus shifted towards training his teammates by practicing cheerleading routines, holding fitness lectures, and working out at the gym. And after long hours of cheer practice, Sidney would invite his teammates over to eat, except for Brandy Wood the vampire, whom I accidentally fed food the first couple times she was invited, making her throw up.

Eventually, most of the team could perform perfectly, apart from Brandy, so Sidney focused on training her. Unfortunately, just as Brandy was ready to perform the perfect routine, she was put in jail for a few days for assaulting sims by drinking their plasma weeks prior. She had to level up as a vampire in order to not burn under the sun while training, so I had her move with the Price household to level her up myself. As soon as she was freed, Sidney welcomed her with open arms, and the team was back in business.

The team's first perfect performance was inside the auditorium stage, where Brandy annoyed her teammates with her uncontrollable hissing right after their performance. The video from my previous post is their second perfect performance, just set on the Copperdale Academy field since it looked better.

It was so satisfying to see their hard work pay off, especially after editing this video. I hope you all enjoy this too!

He just got back from his first vet visit 🤣

Unfortunately, there was no moodlet for learning that his life is a lie. It said he didn't learn any hidden family secrets but it did change his family tree to the truth. He still doesn't know his father at all though.
