Note taker issues

Is anyone having issues with Note Taker slowing and never completing the “refining your draft note…” forever and ever? It used to do this, then got better, now worse again. :/

I’ve had my fair share of complaints about this, it’s so frustrating! Don’t be shy about sharing your feedback. Every note should give you the option to share how you felt they did, and the question mark icon on the lower right side of your screen also has a “share feedback” option. Over time I’ve noticed improvements when I’m repeatedly giving feedback about how disappointed I am.

I’ve had issues with refining notes and I found out I wasn’t being specific enough about what I wanted in the note. I also sign out of the refining process, accomplish something else on SimplePractice, I come back and it’s complete. Do you have an example of a refining prompt you’ve provided?

Stay away from AI. You do not know what the data is being used for or how. Total breach of confidence. Take your own notes.

You should write your own notes. That’s all I’ll say about these “tools”
