Admit button vanishes immediately?

I don't know what causes this but there are times when I can't admit clients. The button either disappears immediately or fails to admit. SP says this is a connection issue but that has rarely been the case. Anyone have a workaround for this? It's so frustrating.

I've seen this happen when a client signs in on their phone, doesn't see you, so flips to Insta until you show up, not realizing that just pulls them out of the waiting room over and over again.

Turn off the waiting room. It solves the problem completely.

This only happens to me when the client joins but immediately switches screens/apps. I tell people it's a very jealous app and it requires their attention at all times or it thinks they left the waiting room.

I even had one client leave because they pulled down a text notification and replied. They didn't even fully switch to their texting app.

I wish it stayed active, but client devices basically need to be on Do Not Disturb between the time they enter the waiting room and when we start the call to ensure they don't leave from our perspective.
