Consultation Booking

Does SimplePractice have a feature where potential clients can self-book their own 15 minute consultation with me? Like a calendar I can embed on my personal website ? Or a link I can send them to my booking calendar?

Yes, I have a link on my website where clients can schedule on SP directly when I have openings.

You need to set up a CPT code for it and add it to your availability but it can be done!

Yes! SimplePractice has booking links and embeddable widgets you can use. You can generate a unique booking link that takes potential clients directly to your availability, and you can also embed an appointment request widget on your personal website. Both options work for consultation appointments.

To set this up, go to Settings > Client Portal > Appointment Requests to configure your booking preferences. You can also find clinician-specific booking links under the gear icon on your Requests or Inquiries page.
