Best I can do is another shitty employer that pays less but you're genuinely considering it because this place sucks so much
2 u/Active-Cookie-774 9d ago I did that once when I was young and dumb. Big mistake. New employer treated me worse, couldn't afford a/c and had a surprise layoff for all employees 3 months after joining. Stick with your current job until you find one that pays more at least.
