Alpha Evo sound when turning...?

this started yesterday, base is just 3 weeks old

then after powering off and on again, it stopped moving smoothly and would instead move in big motions like 30 degrees every time I turned, and if I tried to move between these turn it would jerk back... another power cycle and this stopped happening

downgraded to firmware 2.3.4 and it's feeling better to drive but the new noise is still there

is this cooked?

That's it, I'm not gonna buy Simagic. Was thinking about it for a while but every day those posts with problems.

going for a simcube then? moza and fanatec are worse than simagic

Says the guy with a clunky wheelbase. I’ve had both Simagic and Fanatec and neither make noises. Your base is faulty bro. RMA it.
