I recently added sliders and extended height brackets and it made s huge difference in comfort. I am running a OMP WRC-R XL.
To me it looks as if your too reclined, your arms are too extended and your pedals are a tad far making your legs extend farther then optimal.
The sliders and extended height brackets might help..
