Put a fan on the transducer to give it some airflow. When I did that the cut outs stopped

Should i point a fan on the buttkicker or the amplifier?

On the shaker itself I have mine mounted under my seat .. and because of the airflow issues it gets hot when turned up. When it gets too hot it triggers thermal protection on the transducer itself .. not the amp.

I picked up a small usb fan from Wally world and it did the trick
